Dr.Rekha KS is currently working as an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, The National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru. She has 15 years of Teaching experience and 6 years of Industry Experience. She has completed her B.E in computer Science & Engineering during 2004 from Sri.Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysuru, MTech in Software Engineering during the year 2007 from Sri.Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysuru. She completed her Ph.D under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi , during October 2019. Her Research areas include Machine Learning, IoT, Wireless Sensor Networks, Big Data Analytics, Deep Learning, Robotics for Automation, Artificial Intelligence & Cloud Computing. Dr.Rekha.K.S, has taken the role as Research coordinator and involved herself in all the research activities. She has reviewed the Mc-Grawhill Books namely Software Project Management and Computer Programming Fundamentals & C Programming. She has taken role as Teaching Assistant in NPTEL , Deep Learning Online certification course. She has presented/published 20+ research papers in International conferences and SCI, Scopus indexed journals. She is currently supervising the funded project from ARTPARK, IISC, Bengaluru. She has taken the role as session chair and Reviewer in international conferences namely, IEEE ASIACON, IEEE DISCOVER, IEEE Mysurucon etc., She has been invited as a Resource person to deliver lecture notes on current trends in Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning & IoT. She is Currently guiding three Ph.D scholars in the field of IoT, Machine Learning, Block Chain and Cloud Computing.
